Production (Filming)
Today is March 17th, and me and my group filmed scenes 6-8 after school yesterday. Me and my group planned to finish the filming yesterday but it started raining so we have to finish the rest of the scenes in the coming days. I was very disappointed since me and my group didn't finish filming all the scenes. This is the second time me and my group got rained on while filming. However, me and my group very good scene/recording today. The scenes today were filmed at the park. In scene 6, the kidnapper re-visited the scene and talks about their history with the victim. The kidnapper explains his jealousy, and this is revealed in the title sequence. This scene was most likely our longest scene and had a bit of difficulty. It took a while for us to remember our lines in the dialogue between the kidnapper and the victim. I was very relieved after this scene because the other scenes were not as hard in this scene. Me and my group used eye level, wide angle, and tracking shots in this scene.
Scene 7 was where the rising occurs in the film. The victim broke free from the tape and escaped, they get out the scene, and I freak out trying to grasp what is happening, and then the victim says "they're coming." This scene was also a very long scene that me and my group had to get right. Me and my group used tracking shots for this scene, this is when it started getting really cloudy so my group hurried and finished this scene, and started the last scene we filmed. In scene 8, the kidnapper (still hurt on the ground), finally gets up while I'm screaming for help. The kidnapper says "you're coming with me", and takes me as the scene ends. This scene was took in a tracking shot and was very easy to film, and it only took one try. Me and my group will end filming the scenes in the next couple days, scenes 9-12.
